It explains why BC municipalities and agencies use MMCD as a standard set of tender and contract documents for roads, utilities, and related works.

The MMCD Inspector Course is designed for experienced inspectors involved in infrastructure projects governed by the Master Municipal Construction Documents (MMCD). This course does not cover technical inspection tasks like reading drawings or conducting field tests. Instead, it focuses on the administrative and contractual responsibilities of inspectors, especially in their interactions with contractors and Contract Administrators.
