The MMCD Inspector Course is designed for experienced inspectors involved in infrastructure projects governed by the Master Municipal Construction Documents (MMCD). This course focuses on the administrative and contractual responsibilities of inspectors, especially in their interactions with contractors and Contract Administrators.

The Introduction to MMCD course explains the structure, purpose, and underlying philosophy of the Master Municipal Construction Documents (MMCD) system for municipal infrastructure projects. It provides orientation to individuals who already understand general construction but are new to MMCD contracts and specifications. It explains why BC municipalities and agencies use MMCD as a standard set of tender and contract documents for roads, utilities, and related works.
