🎯 Course Overview
The MMCD Inspector Course is designed for experienced inspectors involved in infrastructure projects governed by the Master Municipal Construction Documents (MMCD). This course does not cover technical inspection tasks like reading drawings or conducting field tests. Instead, it focuses on the administrative and contractual responsibilities of inspectors, especially in their interactions with contractors and Contract Administrators.
Participants will gain a deeper understanding of how authority is delegated, what responsibilities inspectors are legally bound to fulfill, and how to avoid common mistakes—such as acting beyond their role or missing key deadlines—that can create risk for themselves and their organization.
⚠️ Note: There is significant content overlap with the MMCD Contract Administration Course, as inspectors operate under a subset of those responsibilities.
